In 2016, Tulshyan Group diversified in the aviation sector with acquisition of 3 commercial aircrafts on long leases to Indian carriers like Vistara and Jet Airways. The Group has established its office in Ireland, which is the hub for international aviation leasing.
Aviation unit is planning to acquire more aircrafts, strategy is to acquire pre-leased aircrafts from global leasing companies with a focus on young fleet of aircrafts like B737s and A320s. Tulshyan Group places strong emphasis to retain proven industry managers to manage pre-acquisition inspections, maintenance, and eventual re-marketing of its assets.
The Group has a fleet of aircrafts and is in discussion for acquisition of more B737s, with early vintage and on long leases reputed carriers. Our main focus is on potential growth markets like India, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.

Tata SIA Airlines Limited, operating as Vistara, is a leading Indian full-service airline, based in Gurgaon, with its hub at Indira Gandhi International Airport. The carrier, a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, commenced operations on 9 January 2015 with its inaugural flight between Delhi and Mumbai. The airline had carried more than two million passengers by June 2016 and as of May 2019, has a 4.7% share of the domestic carrier market, making it the 6th largest domestic airline serving over 34 destinations.
